I ordered a Philips LatteGo machine through Media Markt online, which was supposed to come with a complimentary 1000g coffee bean package. However, the gift was not included with my order. When I contacted Media Markt, they directed me to Philips, claiming I needed to request it from them. When I reached out to Philips, they stated it was not their responsibility and that the promotion was exclusive to Media Markt.
