Samsung Promised to Gift a Delonghi Coffee Machine

When I bought my Samsung OLED TV in April, it was supposed to come with a free Delonghi coffee machine. But I still don't have the coffee machine, even though it was promised as a gift. I've been given the runaround all the time, and the last update I got was four weeks ago, promising that the product would be sent to me. It's too bad that there has been no progress or communication since then. This long delay is disappointing, and I strongly advise that you don2t fall for the trap and expect anything nice from this company...
