Mercusys Halo H50G Order Cancelled, Discount Not Refunded

I placed an online order with Mediamarkt for a Mercusys Halo H50G modem/router with order number 322662462, with a total amount of ₺3,599 on 8 August 2026. After waiting for one day, I was informed that there was no stock and my order was cancelled. Although the product price was refunded, the promotion/discount applied to my order was not returned to me. As a result, I lost the benefit of the promotion even though the order was cancelled by Mediamarkt due to lack of stock, not by me. I request that the discount amount applied to this order be fully refunded to me, or that the same promotion be re‑applied in a way that compensates my loss.
