McDonald’s Small Hamburger Despite Full Price

On 20.10.2026, we ordered a meat hamburger from the İzmir Güzelbahçe McDonald’s branch and paid approximately ₺488. The hamburger we received was far below our expectations in terms of both size and content. The bun was noticeably small, and the patty inside was extremely thin and portion-wise very inadequate. We think that the hamburger served to us does not match at all with the image shown in the advertisement and on the in-store menu screens at the time of ordering. There is a clear difference between the visual used and the product presented, and we consider this to be a misleading use of visuals. I would like this situation to be seen and examined, especially by the authorized company. I am also attaching the receipt and the photo of the product we received as supporting evidence. When we conveyed the situation to the staff at the branch, we were told that “this hamburger is already like this” and no solution or compensation was offered. While we expected a more satisfying product, compliant with the stated standards, in return for the price we paid, encountering such a situation was very disappointing. I kindly request that this experience be investigated, that the portion sizes and ingredients of the product be brought into line with the visuals used in the menus and advertisements, and, if possible, that the grievance we experienced in this order dated 20.10.2026 with receipt number 0078 be remedied.
