On April 21, 2026, at around 5:45 PM, I placed a takeaway order from the Burger King Güzelbahçe M***** A*** Street branch. When my order arrived, I noticed that the burger bun was moldy. Encountering such visible mold in ready-to-eat food—especially from a global fast-food chain—seriously concerns me both in terms of health risk and the apparent lack of hygiene standards.

I reported the issue through the online platform where I placed the order. However, I was redirected to an AI-based support channel and only received an automated response stating: “Your request has been recorded under number 28301795. Our resolution center will review it shortly and inform you.” Since then, I have not received any further explanation or meaningful response.

My receipt number is YELKBK-D-032, and my order number is 976bdd7f-b740-4383-8a0f-5c5a0f065b56. The photos I will provide clearly show the mold on the burger bun.

Given the seriousness of this issue, I request that food safety and hygiene procedures at this branch be thoroughly investigated and that necessary actions are taken to prevent similar incidents. Additionally, due to the health concerns and distress I experienced, I expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and impact caused.
