McDonald’s Order Missing Drinks and Poor Big Mac Quality

On 29 May 2026, I placed an order from the McDonald’s branch in Bornova Kazımdirik via Migros Yemek with the order number 885645972. In this order, my drinks did not arrive at all, and the Big Mac I received was in terrible condition and not at the quality I expected. I could not reach the branch or McDonald’s customer service regarding this issue, so I was unable to resolve the problem on the same day. I paid for a complete and proper menu but did not receive the full service or acceptable product quality. I request that the missing drinks and the problematic Big Mac be compensated, either by a refund or by re-sending the order correctly, and I also expect this branch to be checked so that similar problems do not occur again.
