I ordered two Triple Cheeseburger meals from McDonald's Ankara Eryaman location via Yemek Sepeti, but what received was a mess: one Double Cheeseburger and one hamburger with only bread and patties, no cheese. When I attempted to resolve this with Yemek Sepeti, they stated that they couldn't do anything until I contacted them. When I contacted the branch, they promptly sent me to Yemek Sepeti and refused to accept any responsibility. Neither Yemek Sepeti nor the Eryaman McDonald's branch were eager to help. I'm quite upset by the negligent preparation of my order and the lack of support from Yemek Sepeti.
