Friends Menu Items Not Delivered by McDonald’s
On 06.12.2025 at around 16:50, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from McDonald’s Ankara Batıkent Meydan branch. I ordered 3 separate Friends menus, each of which was supposed to include a Friends figure and a Monica sauce. None of the 3 figures or the 3 Monica sauces were sent in my order, although I specifically chose these menus for the toys. I find it unacceptable that the products advertised and promised in the campaign are not delivered. In addition to the missing toys and sauces, even the basic items such as regular mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic mayonnaise, napkins, and straws were not included in the bag. For this order, I paid a total of 1,135 TL, and despite this amount, I did not receive the full content of what I purchased. I contacted Yemeksepeti's call center regarding the issue, but they told me they could not help and ended the call, so I could not get any support from them either. I request that the Friends figures that were supposed to come with the 3 Friends menus in my order, as well as the Monica sauces, be sent to me as soon as possible, and that this issue be taken seriously so that customers are not misled in this way again.
