My daughter asked me to order a McDonald's hamburger at 22:57 last night. I used the Getir delivery service to place the order. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, the order status remained "on the way" for 45 minutes. The restaurant is only a 5-minute drive from our house. We waited for the order with bated breath, but the restaurant canceled it 2 hours and 45 minutes later, citing that it was too late. What audacity, what a disastrous decision! Despite the fact that I had been waiting for nearly 3 hours, the restaurant had the audacity to cancel my order due to its lateness. I deeply regret ordering food from such an inexperienced international company because it left my daughter hungry and delayed my payment until the following day. Which aspect of this ordeal should enrage me the most? If you are unable to handle the service, you should resign. Do you like to keep people waiting? Is this how a multinational corporation operates? I will never place another order from this company. I will share my experience on all platforms to show how you have harmed me and my daughter.
