McDonald's Did Not Refund Me

I placed an order Mc Donalds Turkey online two weeks ago. By choosing to pay at the door, I made my payment to the incoming courier and received the delivery. My order, which had a delivery time of 40 minutes, arrived in about two hours. The products were so cold and stale that they were inedible. Additionally, the chocolate donut I ordered was added as plain fried dough without any sauce or sugar spillage. Due to all these negativities and the defective product, I created a return request without touching it and they said that they accepted my return, that I should wait before eating the product, and that they would come and get it. I got the first shock here because the first thing I was asked was whether the product is standing still. I waited for the return, and exactly five hours later, at about 1 am, they came to collect the product. The incoming staff stated that he did not know about the return, he only came to buy the product and took the package, and left. After waiting a few days, I registered and there was no response. After that, no one helped, even though I registered again and again. I have been victimized in many ways. They took my order, which I paid for, and did not return it. An international and well-established company like McDonald's surprised me in this regard.
