After waiting for approximately 1.5 hours, my meal arrived completely cold. I couldn't eat the meal I had to insist on receiving, and the fries were cold and dried out. I don't understand how this brand can operate in this manner. A company with dozens of branches in Turkey shouldn't provide such service.
