McDonald’s Card Payment Error And Refund Issue
On 12 January, I purchased a menu for ₺245 at the McDonald’s branch located in Halaskargazi, Şişli, Istanbul and paid by credit card. During the payment, my card was tapped on the device and the staff pressed the button, but the device gave an error. Despite this, they took my personal information such as my e‑mail address and bank details. After this error, I cancelled the purchase, but no refund was made to me for the ₺245. I also did not receive any clear explanation from the branch about why the refund was not processed or when it would be reflected in my account. I request an urgent refund of the ₺245 to my credit card and a clear written explanation regarding the transaction error and the processing of my personal and banking information.
