For about three months, every time I use Maybelline Sky High mascaras in the Burgundy Haze and True Brown shades, I develop a stye in the same eye. When I stop using the product for a while, the stye goes away within about a week. However, whenever I start using the mascara again, my eye becomes red, irritated, and the same issue reappears. I am now certain this is not a coincidence.
I have used mascaras from different brands for years and have never experienced a problem like this before. I trusted the Maybelline brand when purchasing these products, but if two different mascaras from the same line consistently cause irritation and styes every time I use them, I believe there may be something in the ingredients that needs to be carefully reviewed.
I have also noticed that many other people have experienced the same issue. For this reason, I request a serious review of the Sky High line in terms of ingredients and safety, and if necessary, that consumers be clearly warned. Given that this issue affects eye health, I expect the brand to take it seriously and provide proper information.
