I purchased the Maybelline Lifter Gloss from a Gratis store in an AVM, and from the very first use, I noticed a serious packaging problem. Even when the cap is fully closed, the gloss keeps leaking, which causes the product to be wasted and finish extremely quickly.
I do not have the receipt anymore, but this issue has been present since the day I bought it. I have never used this product before, but I’ve observed that many others around me have also faced the same leakage problem, which shows this may be a wider packaging defect rather than an isolated issue.
Although I am aware that cosmetic products like this may not always fall under a warranty, I still expect Maybelline to take responsibility. The product is not being used properly due to this defect, and it leads to unnecessary financial loss.
I kindly request that Maybelline replace the faulty item or provide another form of compensation to resolve my grievance. Customers should not have to deal with defective packaging that prevents proper use of the product.
