I can’t activate my Maya Mobile eSIM—what should I do?

If you can’t activate your Maya Mobile eSIM, first make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and is carrier-unlocked, then install the eSIM through the Maya app, QR code, or manual activation details.

If the QR code fails, Maya Mobile lets you retrieve the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your account and enter them manually.

After installation, enable the Maya eSIM, select it for mobile data, and turn on data roaming; if you have no connection, toggle Airplane Mode for about 30 seconds and wait up to 15 minutes.
