Mavi Jeans Return and Exchange Problem


About a week ago, I purchased a t‑shirt from the Mavi store in the shopping mall in Kuşadası, Aydın. When I wanted to return the product within a week, the store refused to accept the return and stated that they could not decide and would send the product for review instead of processing a direct return. Although I contacted Mavi customer service after this, my problem has still not been resolved. I am disappointed that a product I bought so recently and tried to return within a very short time could not be directly refunded or exchanged. I request that my t‑shirt be either refunded or exchanged without further delay and that this process be completed as quickly as possible.
