Unfortunately, I’ve lost the receipt, but I noticed the defect today when I wore them and immediately took them off. I’m requesting an exchange for a non-defective item. Despite losing the receipt, I hope Mavi can assist in resolving this issue and provide a proper replacement for the faulty jeans.
