Mavi Jeans Knee Deformation After 1 Year, Replacement Request Rejected

I purchased a pair of jeans from the Mavi Jeans store in Batman for ₺950, and significant deformation has developed in the fabric around the knee area. I have been using the product for about one year, and I do not believe this kind of damage, especially limited only to the knee section, is normal considering the product’s quality and the price I paid. I took the jeans back to the store for inspection, but my request was rejected and no replacement was offered. Although it has been described as user-related damage, I believe that such deformation occurring in this manner and within this timeframe is due to a manufacturing or fabric defect. I am disappointed that a product from a brand like Mavi Jeans has deteriorated this way and that my replacement request was denied after inspection. I have suffered a grievance and request that the jeans be evaluated as a defective product and replaced accordingly.
