Mavi Jeans Charged 3 Times Due to App Issues

I placed an order through the Mavi Jeans app, but due to connection issues, the order was processed and charged three times. When I tried to cancel via the app, I got an error message, and the cancellation didn’t go through. Customer service informed me that since one item is coming from a different warehouse and has already been invoiced, they can’t cancel the order. They suggested I refuse the packages upon delivery, which makes no sense when I tried to cancel the same day I placed the order. Why do I have to wait for shipping, refuse delivery, and then wait for a refund? When I asked to speak to someone who could resolve the issue, I was told I was already speaking with the right person, yet no help was offered. If you can’t handle simple cancellations, why even offer online shopping? I won’t be ordering from Mavi again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. This whole experience has been frustrating and unnecessary.
