Because of a subscription I started in the Matchpub app, I have noticed repeated charges on my Ziraat Bank card without my authorization for the past two to three weeks. Although I have thoroughly searched within the app for subscription settings and a cancellation option, I could not find a way to end the subscription, and during this period more than $19 USD has been charged from my card.
I request that my subscription be canceled immediately, that the unauthorized repeated charges during this period be refunded to me, and that no further charges of any kind be made to my card in the future.
