MatchPub Subscription Canceled but Still Charging My Card
I subscribed to MatchPub but later decided to cancel my subscription. I went through the cancellation process, yet my card still shows an active subscription, causing issues with my payments.
I do not want to be charged for a service I have already canceled, and I expect this to be resolved immediately. I have already reached out for support, but nothing has been fixed.
I request MatchPub to officially cancel my subscription linked to my email s**********@gmail.com** and ensure I am not charged again. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, or I will be forced to take further action.
