Matchbup Blocked My Account Without Explanation

About 30 minutes ago, my account on the Matchbup Android app was restricted with a message saying “access to the app has been blocked due to app rules.” I am not aware of committing any rule violations, and no clear explanation was given to me. Even though no payment has been made on my account, I have a balance of 63 dollars, and this is causing me inconvenience.
When I contacted customer support, I was told that my account would be reopened after 24 hours. However, I experienced a similar issue before and was given the same 24-hour wait response. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app, the problem continues.
