I have been using the Matchpub application on my iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 16.3.1 for a long time through a Turkey-region Apple ID, and I regularly purchased gold and coins within the app.
For about a month and a half, the Matchpub app has completely disappeared from the App Store for me, and I am unable to find or download it in any way. Based on this situation, I believe there may be some kind of restriction or ban applied to my account, but I have not received any clear explanation regarding the reason.
I would like this restriction preventing me from accessing Matchpub to be removed, and for the app to become visible and downloadable again in the App Store for my account. I also request clear information about why this restriction was applied and how I can prevent this issue from happening again in the future.
