Matbet Withheld Withdrawal and Forced Third-Party ID Verification

On 01.06.2026, at approximately 9:00 PM, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₺1,000 from my Matbet account. Following this request, I was asked to upload an image of my ID, and my access to the entire site was restricted on that basis. In addition, I was told that the cryptocurrency account I initially wanted to use for the withdrawal was “blacklisted.” However, when a withdrawal request was later made to the same cryptocurrency account through another user, the payment was processed successfully without any issues. The fact that a payment was made to the very same cryptocurrency account that was described to me as “blacklisted” clearly shows that this explanation was not truthful. After my initial request, I changed my cryptocurrency account and submitted a new withdrawal request, but I was once again asked to upload my identification documents. When I followed the steps provided for uploading my ID, I discovered that I was being redirected to a third-party website with a different infrastructure unrelated to Matbet. This completely destroyed my trust in the platform. Despite repeatedly stating that I do not wish to share my identification information with this third-party environment, which I consider unsafe, the live support team continuously insisted that I complete the ID verification process. For all of these reasons, I request that Matbet return only my original deposit of ₺500 from the ₺1,500 balance currently in my account, without requiring me to upload any identification documents.
