What to Do If Mostbet Doesn’t Respond to Withdrawal Request

Two days ago, I submitted a withdrawal request on Mostbet and provided all the required identity verification documents. However, since then, I have not received any update or response from their team.

When I contacted Mostbet customer service, I was asked to resend my ID photo, which I did immediately, but no progress has been made since then. The withdrawal amount I requested is ₺603.

This was my first withdrawal attempt, and I’ve been seriously inconvenienced by how poorly this process is being handled. In addition, I specifically request that Mostbet delete the email containing my personal ID photo from their system for privacy and security reasons.

I ask for this issue to be resolved urgently, and for my ₺603 withdrawal to be processed without further delay.
