Matbet Failed to Credit ₺1,000 Bonus Despite Meeting Campaign Requirements

On Friday, September 19, I received a message from Matbet stating that everyone who deposited a minimum of ₺100 would be credited with a ₺1,000 bonus. I immediately logged into my account, but there was no increase in my bonus balance. When I reported this issue to customer service, they claimed that I had already used the bonus, which is untrue, as my previous bonus history shows no such usage and there is no record to prove otherwise. Despite fulfilling the campaign conditions, my bonus was not credited, and the dismissive attitude of customer service left me disappointed. I request that the ₺1,000 bonus be properly credited to my account and that my grievance be resolved promptly.
