On September 7, 2025, I purchased a dress from the Massimo Dutti store at İzmir İstinye for ₺5,250 (receipt no: 0017). When I wore the dress the next day, I noticed that it had torn after only a few hours of use. On September 11, 2025, I returned the dress to the store for inspection. My friend delivered it on my behalf, so her name was written on the submission form, but both the product and the receipt belong to me.
Since then, I have called the store multiple times, but either no one answers or, on the rare occasions they do, I only hear, “It hasn’t been 14 days yet, we’ll get back to you.” So far, I have not received any written or verbal update from either the store or customer service. I also tried calling Massimo Dutti’s customer service line directly but couldn’t reach anyone.
I feel completely let down — the product tore after the first wear, and I have been left without any communication or resolution. I request a full refund for the defective dress I purchased.
