Massimo Dutti Approved My Refund but Didn’t Transfer the Money for a Month

Last year, I purchased a pair of women’s shoes from Massimo Dutti’s online store. Despite using them very lightly, the shoes completely fell apart in a short period of time. I brought the product to a Massimo Dutti store, where it was inspected and approved for a refund. On August 18, my refund was officially approved, and my IBAN details were collected. However, even though I have contacted customer service numerous times since September 18 and have been repeatedly told “the payment will be made this week,” the ₺4,550 refund has still not been transferred to my bank account.

My order number is 30060263224. I made the purchase online. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I request that my grievance be resolved immediately.

I kindly ask that the refund amount be deposited into my bank account as soon as possible.
