I Face Uneven Hem Defect and Refund Denial From Massimo Dutti Cevahir Store
On May 13, 2025, I purchased a pair of women’s pants from the Massimo Dutti Cevahir Mall store for ₺4,950. After wearing the pants just once, I noticed that the leg lengths were uneven. Within about 15 days, I returned the product to the store and explained to the staff that it was defective, requesting an exchange. However, I was told that no exchange could be made and that I should take the pants to a tailor — no other solution was offered.
I visited the store three or four times throughout this process, but no one provided any meaningful assistance. Despite paying nearly ₺5,000 for a new pair of pants with a clear manufacturing defect, neither an exchange nor a refund was offered.
I do not accept being told to take a faulty product to a tailor. I am requesting a full refund from Massimo Dutti for this defective item.
