Massimo Dutti Refund Issue About My Purchase
I shopped from Massimo Dutti Turkey online and created a return request for my order numbered 30143246271 on 06.02.2026 for a jacket I had purchased. I sent the product back via courier on 10.02.2026, and the tracking system clearly shows that the package was delivered to the company. Despite this, the refund amount of ₺4,950.00 has still not been issued. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the return package could not be located in the warehouse. I last contacted customer service on 04.03, yet no concrete progress or solution has been provided. It is unacceptable to refuse or delay a refund by claiming that the package cannot be found in the warehouse when the courier records clearly show that it was delivered. After the returned item has been delivered, any internal warehouse or operational issues are entirely the responsibility of the company and cannot be imposed on the customer. In addition, the slow handling of the case and the lack of a clear solution have further increased my frustration. Although the legal refund period has already passed, my payment has still not been returned. I request that this issue be resolved immediately, that my return process be finalized without further excuses, and that the refund of ₺4,950.00 be processed and reflected to my account without any further delay.
