I made a reservation at Sheraton Hotels Ataköy, Istanbul for February 21–22 through a site called Stayforlong, which I found via Trivago. Unfortunately, due to severe weather, my scheduled meeting was canceled, and I now need to cancel the hotel booking as well.
The major issue is that Stayforlong is completely unreachable. There’s no working phone number or email, and they don’t respond at all. I contacted the Sheraton Ataköy hotel directly, and they confirmed my reservation is visible in their system. I explained everything, but the hotel simply told me to get in touch with Stayforlong.
I stressed that reaching Stayforlong is impossible, yet no alternative solution was offered. I’m now turning to Sheraton Hotels directly and asking for help to resolve this. The booking exists in your system, and I’m stuck with no support from the agency I was redirected to. Please help me cancel or modify the reservation on your end, as I’m left completely helpless.
