Bad Attitude From Marks and Spencer Staff


On December 21st at around 20:30, I went into the Marks and Spencer store in Antalya Terracity AVM with my 2-year-old daughter to do some shopping. My daughter headed towards the section with snow globes in the middle aisle. Since the glass products in this aisle were at a level that children could reach and were unprotected, my daughter fell down and broke as soon as she touched them. The cashier at the cash register came to us and said that you need to pay for the product without even saying get well soon. I told her that I wanted to talk to the store manager. The store manager came and took the payment without even asking if we had anything and said that he could not help. I could not understand how a company that we have been shopping with for years and thought was corporate could be so focused on money. My daughter and I were very upset with the attitude of the store employees during this process that resulted in the accident. After all, we could have even been harmed by the broken product.
