Mapfre Insurance Pending Approval is Making It All Harder for Us

We have been waiting for such a long time just to get a simple confirmation from the insurance company. And yet, the people at Medicana Hospital are not doing anything to help us. They are just telling us to wait and there is nothing they can do. This is unacceptable. We came here for a reason and we need to get it done as soon as possible. The lack of support from the hospital and the insurance company is just frustrating. We expected better service from such a renowned hospital. And now, we are just wasting our time and patience here. We hope that this situation will be resolved soon and we can get the medical help we need without any further delays.
