Unfulfilled Refund From Mango

I made payment for my order at Mango; however, they were unable to send the payment to the people who were supposed to receive it, and they did not issue a refund. The Consumer Arbitration Board ruled in my favor after I took my case there, and the outcome was that Mango was required to issue me a refund. On the other hand, it's been a whole month, and I still haven't gotten the money back that was promised to me. Their customer service is terrible and they are of no assistance. They do not respond to emails and instead, send automated responses saying that my query has been noted.
