I made payment for my order at Mango; however, they were unable to send the payment to the people who were supposed to receive it, and they did not issue a refund. The Consumer Arbitration Board ruled in my favor after I took my case there, and the outcome was that Mango was required to issue me a refund. On the other hand, it's been a whole month, and I still haven't gotten the money back that was promised to me. Their customer service is terrible and they are of no assistance.
