Mango Canceled My EHARJ2 Order Without Consent After 7 Days of Waiting
I placed an online order with Mango (Order No: EHARJ2) and waited seven days for it to be processed. Despite contacting customer service, I was reassured that the order would be shipped by the 14th. However, instead of fulfilling their promise, Mango canceled my order without my consent or any explanation.
This is completely unacceptable! If there was an issue with the order, I should have been informed and given a choice, not left waiting only to have it canceled without warning. I will not let this matter rest—I intend to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
Mango, I expect an immediate resolution! Either reinstate my order or compensate me for the inconvenience.
