Rude Cashier in Mango Shop

Kübra Ka**is the cashier at the Mango Aqua Florya Shop. She has disrespectful behaviors and she is really rude. I lost my credit card and tried to return my item to this shop. However, she did not finish the return process because of missing card info. I have explained to her about the losing process, but she said that the card is necessary. I want my money back and to return the product. The credit card is lost; it is simple. She still said that you need to approve that I have approved with bank SMS, but she did not accept that.
