Mango Won’t Refund My Return After 12 Days for Checkered Bow Dress
I returned a Checkered Bow Dress (Ref No: 67045754-scot) I bought from Mango on August 28 to their store on September 5, but I still haven’t received my refund after 12 days. When I contacted customer service, they claimed there’s a “system issue,” yet no one seems to care or follow up. The records I’ve opened haven’t been addressed either. It’s frustrating that if I hadn’t noticed, they likely wouldn’t even refund my money! Mango's customer service is terrible— they just repeat the same scripted lines with no real solutions. I expect my refund to be processed immediately and for Mango to step up their service quality!
