Mango Delayed Dress Delivery – Unable to Get Refund for Overdue Order

On August 16, 2023, I purchased a dress from Mango. Since the dress was sourced from abroad, I was informed that delivery would take 22 business days. However, it has now exceeded that timeframe. I want to return the dress, but since it hasn’t been delivered yet, my return request is being denied, and my money is tied up.

I have neither received the product nor my refund, and Mango is not resolving my issue. I urgently need a solution to get my money back!
