Mango Sent Me Sandals In Different Sizes and Customer Service Is Impossible to Reach
Mango's customer service lately left me in quite bad shape. My daughter purchased sandals, however when the shipment arrived the shoes were two quite different sizes: one was a size 36 and the other a 35! I naturally tried to get through Mango's customer support in order to fix the problem, but it proved difficult. Every time I phoned, I was put on hold for at least ten minutes; the call would drop just as I thought I would at last obtain help. I tried several times using the same aggravating outcome. It's not only about getting the wrong item; it's also about not being able to get anyone to address the issue. Given a brand like Mango, this degree of service is quite unsatisfactory.
