94Mango's customer service lately left me in quite bad shape. My daughter purchased sandals, however when the shipment arrived the shoes were two quite different sizes: one was a size 36 and the other a 35! I naturally tried to get through Mango's customer support in order to fix the problem, but it proved difficult. Every time I phoned, I was put on hold for at least ten minutes; the call would drop just as I thought I would at last obtain help. I tried several times using the same aggravating outcome. It's not only about getting the wrong item; it's also about not being able to get anyone to address the issue. Given a brand like Mango, this degree of service is quite unsatisfactory.
