Mango Sent Me the Wrong Jeans and Now I Have to Deal with the Refund Process


I ordered a pair of black jeans in size 42 from Mango's online store, but to my surprise, I received a pair of white jeans in size 34, completely different from what I ordered. What kind of service is this? It is 2025, and even small online boutiques provide a more professional service than Mango, which claims to be a corporate brand. Mango cannot even handle a single product order correctly, which is absurd for an international company. Beyond this ridiculous and careless service, it is also unacceptable that due to Mango’s unprofessional and irresponsible approach, I now have to waste my time and energy dealing with the refund process. This experience has completely ruined my trust in the brand. Shame on you Mango!
