Mango Refund Still Not Issued After a Month – Rude Customer Service
It has been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund from Mango. I called Mango customer service on February 4, 2025, at 16:22, and the representative named S* was beyond unprofessional. Instead of helping, they told me to get lost and hung up on me!
I called back twice, and each time, they yelled at me and slammed the phone down. This is completely unacceptable—not only is Mango withholding my refund, but they also allow their employees to insult customers.
A brand like Mango should have trained staff who know how to speak to customers with respect. I expect an immediate refund and action taken against this employee.
