Mango Customer Service Cannot Explain Where My Order Is

On May 15, 2026, I purchased two products from Mango, a dress and a handbag. My order number is F3TZP3, and I paid a total of approximately $185 for the purchase.

Despite the amount of time that has passed since placing the order, my products have still not been delivered. When I check the order details, there is no clear information about the current location or status of the shipment. The only information displayed is that I can return the items until July 3, 2026.

Based on Mango's stated 30-day return period, this suggests that the order should have been delivered by June 3, 2026. However, I have still not received the products, and there is no detailed tracking information available.

When I placed the order, I was not aware that the products would be shipped from an international warehouse, specifically from Spain. Had I known that the delivery process would take this long, I would not have completed the purchase.

I contacted Mango customer service to obtain information about my order. Unfortunately, I was only told that the package was "on the way." No one was able to provide any meaningful details regarding the shipment's location, whether it is currently in customs, which country it is in, or what stage of the delivery process it has reached.

As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect transparency regarding an international shipment, especially after such a long delay. Simply being told that the order is "on the way" does not provide sufficient information about the status of a purchase that has not been delivered for weeks.

I respectfully request that Mango urgently investigate order F3TZP3 and provide a detailed update regarding its status. I would like to know exactly where the shipment is currently located, whether it is being held in customs, whether it has arrived in Turkey, and the estimated timeline for final delivery.

I also request that my products be delivered as soon as possible and that I receive clear, step-by-step updates regarding the progress of the shipment until the order is successfully delivered.

I expect a transparent explanation and a prompt resolution to this issue.
