Mango Online - No Update on Orders and Requesting Refund

I placed two orders from Mango Online on January 20th and to this day, I have yet to receive any information regarding the status of my orders (DF5GDK and DF5F9J). I have been waiting for 10 days now and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from the company. I am requesting a refund for my orders as I am no longer confident in the reliability of Mango Online. The lack of information and poor customer service is causing me to lose trust in the company. I hope that my grievances can be addressed and resolved as soon as possible. I would not recommend Mango Online to anyone until they improve their communication and customer service.
