Mango Never Delivered My Order and Customer Service Won’t Respond

I am writing to report an unresolved issue regarding an order I placed with Mango on January 28, 2026. Despite the significant amount of time that has passed, my order has still not been delivered.

I have contacted Mango customer service multiple times to request information and assistance regarding the status of my order. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful response, update, or solution. My attempts to communicate with the company have been unsuccessful, leaving me without any clear information about what happened to my purchase.

I have also attached a screenshot from Mango’s website showing the latest status of the order. Based on the information displayed, the situation remains unresolved, and I still do not know whether the order will be delivered or if any action is being taken to address the issue.

As a customer, I find it unacceptable that an order placed on January 28, 2026, remains undelivered after such a long period and that repeated requests for assistance have gone unanswered.

I respectfully request that Mango urgently investigate my order, provide a clear explanation regarding its current status, and either complete the delivery immediately or process an appropriate refund if the order can no longer be fulfilled.

I also request a direct response from an authorized representative so that this matter can finally be resolved without further delay.
