Mango Failed to Deliver My Order or Issue a Refund
On April 15, I placed an order through the Mango online application and received an email confirmation stating that the delivery date would be April 21. However, despite today being May 7, 2026, my order still appears as “preparing” in the system. Even after 22 days have passed, the products have neither been delivered to me nor has any clear information been provided regarding the delay. To make matters worse, all of the items I ordered are now marked as “out of stock” in the application.
For approximately the last 10 days, I have repeatedly contacted Mango through phone calls, email, live chat support, and even Twitter/X. Every communication channel provided different and contradictory explanations, yet no concrete action or real solution has been taken. The products are missing, and the payment I made has still not been refunded.
I request that the inconvenience and financial frustration I experienced during this process be resolved immediately and that the payment for my order numbered F2FHWO be refunded to me in full, without any deductions or delays.
I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board then they processed the return exactly one month after the order date, the worst shopping experience in recent years!
