Mango Makes Unfair Profits By Using Customer Money
The products that I purchased through the Mango website were displayed on the system as cargo was given over 20 days, and the money-back process was started after 1 day. When I interviewed customer service on the subject, they stated that the cargo in Yurtiçi Kargo may be "lost" and the "automatic" return policy process is initiated on this. The products are still available in stock and paid with a credit card. They doubled the price, used my money, and canceled my purchase. Without giving me any information, since there is no legal or moral basis for my victimization by using my money for 20 days (with my return for 50 days), I expect this process to be resolved promptly and my victimization (reposting with the products in stock). Otherwise, I would like to state that I will apply to the Consumer Court in Turkey as of Monday.
