Mango Lost My Order - No Compensation for a Year
I sent my product to Mango for inspection, and it's been a while since the legal waiting period ended. It has been a whole year, and I still haven't gotten my item. I don't have any updates from their warehouse, and they haven't been responding to my emails. I think my product might have gone missing. They don't provide customers with information, and their customer service only responds to tickets. I'm thinking about suing the company. They are making their customers upset. I'm deleting your app and I won't shop with you anymore.
