Mango Does Not Refund Money for the Returned Coat
I sent back one item from my Mango order of 5 items. I didn't get my refund of 2,899.99 ₺ by December 14th, so I reached out to your customer support. In my Mango app, I saw that instead of getting a refund for the long recycled wool coat worth 2,899.99 ₺, it showed information about the refund for a pocket parka with a hood worth 1,799.99 ₺, which I didn't return. I was told that I should send you the refund amount for the item I didn't receive (1,799.99 ₺) through IBAN, even though I used a credit card to make the purchase. So, even though you made a mistake, they're giving me the option to pay in cash for 1,799.99 ₺. Since you messed up with my refund before, I want you to fix this situation now. If not, I'll have to sue.
