My Mango Order Not Delivered

I placed my Mango order on June 10, 2024, as documented. It was promised to arrive within 2-4 business days, and I received an email stating that it had reached the store. However, since June 14th, my package has been mysteriously missing from the store. Despite appearing in their records, the staff at Mango Ataköy A Plus not only kept me waiting indefinitely but also refused to assist. Their attitude is unbecoming of Mango standards; they dismiss my emails and blame me, promising to call back tomorrow or ask me to visit again tomorrow. Despite confirming receipt at the store on June 11th and receiving an email, I still haven't received my order. Where is my order, Mango customer service, and Mango Ataköy A Plus employees? I will escalate my complaint to the appropriate authorities. I will pursue this issue through all available channels.
