Mango Claims Return Not Received Despite Shipping Proof

“My problem was solved by the company.”

About two weeks ago, I returned a ruched patterned blouse that I purchased from Mango by sending it through the Yurtiçi Cargo branch in Didim. I have both the shipping tracking details and the order information. However, when I contacted Mango customer service, they told me that there is no record of any returned item reaching them in their system and that they cannot take any action.

Despite returning the product on time and in accordance with the proper procedure, I am being told that no item was received, and my refund has still not been issued. I request that both the shipping records and the return process be thoroughly reviewed, that it be confirmed the item was delivered, and that the amount I paid for the ruched patterned blouse be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
